The Trustee in the Bankruptcy Case for Girardi Keese (Tom Girardi's Law Firm) is seeking to appoint Twitter Legal Commentator Ronald Richards as the special litigator tasked with tracking down any loans or funds moved from Girardi Keese to Erika Girardi or her companies.
