Matthew Rosengart files a supplemental petition to suspend or terminate James Spears as the Conservator of the Estate along with a petition to appoint a temporary conservator of the Estate. Finally, Rosengart and Britney make clear that they will be seeking to terminate the conservatorship THIS FALL!
