Before the court was dark for a week, Amber Heard was on the stand at the end of week 4 of the Johnny Depp v. Amber Heard Defamation Trial. During this week, we heard from Depp security team member Travis McGivern, Depp's agent Jack Whigham, a damages expert Richard Marks, Social Medial Expert Douglass Bania, Nurse Erin Falati, and Forensic Accountant Michael Spindler. Then Depp's team rested their case in chief, and Amber Heard’s team brought a motion to strike Depp’s claims which were denied for two claims and taken under submission by the court for one claim, which will likely be denied later. With that, it began Amber Heard's case with Clinical and Forensic Psychologist Dr. Dawn Hughes, whose testimony was overshadowed by evidentiary issues. Finally, Amber Heard was called to the stand by her attorney, who called her Laura Amber Heard and not Amber Laura Heard… and that is where week four ended.
