LEGALLY BINDING – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This Agreement is legally binding between YOU (as an individual or an entity, hereafter “You” or “Your”) and Ask Now., Inc. DBA Emily D. Baker, Esq and Ask A Lawyer Now, for the digital product, downloads, and documentation which you are receiving, hereafter ‘Product’.

By downloading content from this site or created by Ask Now., Inc. you are agreeing to be bound by the provisions of this agreement. If you do not accept the terms, or do not wish to be bound you may not download, use or copy any of the content created or distributed by Ask Now, Inc. and it’s properties.

   Downloading Terms

   1. You are granted non-exclusive, non-transferrable use of the content for permitted uses only. If you wish to use the content in another way, including redistributing or altering content please contact help@EmilyDBaker.com for a licensing or distribution agreement.

   1. You may only use the content for personal use.
      1. Business Use- If the content is being provided to you specifically by Ask Now., Inc for business use you may use it for your business only.
   2. You may not alter the content of the download except for personalization in changing the text between {BRACKETS} or [BRACKETS].

   Prohibited Uses

   1. You may not reproduce, or distribute this content as your own. Doing so would violate copyright law and make us really sad.
   2. You may not copy and sell anything that you have downloaded from Ask Now., Inc or any of its properties. If you think something is awesome and want to share, the content must be legally attributed and remain on its website of origin.

   Licensing

   1. If you would like to distribute or provide items found on any Ask Now., Inc. property please contact help@EmilyDBaker.com for a licensing agreement. We are happy to help when asked!

   Terms

   1. This agreement is effective until termination. You can terminate this agreement by destroying the content along with any copies or reproductions and ceasing to use the content for any purpose. The Agreement also terminates without notice from Ask Now, Inc. if at any time you fail to comply with the terms herein. Upon termination you must immediately (a) cease using the content for any purpose; (b) destroy or delete all copies of the content; and (c) provide written confirmation to Ask Now, Inc. that you have copied with the above, upon request.

   Warranties

   1. All content is provided ‘AS IS’ without representation, warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied representations, warranties or conditions or merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Ask Now, Inc. does not represent that the content will meet your requirements or that its use will be uninterrupted or error free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the content is with you. Should the content prove defective, you assume the entire risk and cost of all necessary corrections.

   Jurisdiction

   1. Any disputes arising from this agreement, content, or use of the content will be mediated in Los Angeles, California.
