Alec Baldwin is living rent free in Kari Morrissey's head. Morrissey filed a notice to appeal even though the judge denied her request to Reconsider the Dismissal with Prejudice. There is not law cited, again, we'll see if she gives one to support her claim when she actually files the appeal.
