On October 21, 2021, Alec Baldwin accidentally shot and killed Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injured Director Joel Souza. Since the shooting, a lot more information has come out and Alec Baldwin has spoken out to cameras from TMZ. I am going to follow the timeline of what we have learned and evaluate potential liability both criminal and civil. The production team has pledged to match crew donations to the Halyna Hutchins scholarship fund and the donation link is below.
