Well, this is the one where Alec Baldwin sucks. Alec Baldwin has been sued for Defamation for calling a woman on social media an insurrectionist when he forwarded her social media post showing her attending the January 6th, 2021 demonstration at the Washington Monument. The Alec Baldwin lawsuits continue with this new defamation lawsuit. This lawsuit has some struggles and I will break those down with the law that applies. It will be very interesting to see what will happen from here. I worry that the polarization of this lawsuit will outshine the underlying facts. Will we start seeing more lawsuits for behavior on social media? At what point are people responsible for their audience's actions? What do you think?
