Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie owned Miraval Cotes De Provence winery in France. Brad Pitt has now sued Angelina Jolie for selling her ownership in the winery to Tenute del Mondo—a subsidiary of Stoli Group, after breaking off talks with Pitt to sell her interest to him. Pitt’s complaint alleges that the sale has wreaked havoc on the operations of the Miraval winery and that Jolie’s former company is seeking to take over operations and alleges that it’s gone so far as to ask for the business bank accounts to be frozen.
It’s going to be an interesting battle between these two and their companies.
