On Tuesday, November 19th, Diddy had a hearing to go over his concerns with an MDC raid that happened in his cell looking for contraband. The Defense argues that his attorney-client-privileges were trampled on because during the raid some of his legal pads were confiscated and it had the word LEGAL written on them clearly identifying that it shouldn't have been reviewed.

The court reviewed the images of the legal pad from the raid and that identification was not visible. There is now a bail hearing on Friday, November 22nd, and the court says that the defense better be prepared to provide context for why that label was not there.
