Blake Lively filed a complaint against Justin Baldoni, his studio Wayfarer, and others, alleging sexual harassment and retaliation. The Complaint was filed with the California Civil Rights Department, which is a necessary step before a lawsuit can be filed in the superior court.
Blake Lively alleges that Baldoni and his associates hired a crisis PR team to embark on a reputationally damaging social media campaign to protect Bladoni’s reputation from allegations of harassment on set during the filming of ‘It Ends With Us.’
Through his legal team, Baldoni gave a statement to the New York Times stating, “[t]hese claims are completely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt and rehash a narrative in the media.”
Is this about reputation, is it about retaliation, or is there more to come?
